I hear Swift is a decent place to work at, they always have new trucks and they'll send you home on time... every time. I mean, they'll make you a trainer swift enough, so there's the chance for nicer pay quicker

Its a different world out there. I drove in 90's and i know traffic is 1000 times worse now

Now you can hit the road and e be like most of the drivers and eat poorly, live hand to mouth and spendv every nickel you make, OR you can be disciplined, work hard, save as much as you can and actually get ahead in life.

Does the truck have power inverter, What's the home time requirement, no force dispatch (NY STAY AWAY Too much traffic hard to find parking) AND NORTH DAKOTA REGION DOING WINTER.WINDY/ ICE UP BAD). Are you looking for a job

If you’re doing local the bad news is that may require more city driving. You have to be on your game so as to avoid accidents and incidents. Take it slow, plan your routes according to the size and limitations of your truck. Use google maps satellite view to scope out how you will be able to back or pull through facilities for pickups and deliveries. Learning how to back up without hitting anything will be one of the most critical skills you can learn aside from avoiding traffic accidents on public roads. At least you won’t have to deal with all that truck stop nonsense of trying to find a spot to park overnight for your 10 hour rest break. I’m sure your family has already told you about everything I’ve said but we don’t always listen to family so I’m emphasizing here and wishing you the best.
