I am responsible for my safety and my codrivers safety when I am driving. Also responsible for maintaining and taking care of my 150,000 truck. Going into a place with no law and order would put both those things at risk. I have never in my driving career been given a ticket or have I been involved in an accident. I have over a million safe miles. I have been to some places where the police work overtime to keep law and order and its still very scary to get out of my truck and walk across the street. I can't imagine if there were a place where anything goes and anyone can determine what the law looks like to them. Its just to risky for me. I have a great job where my boss will listen to me when I say I won't go. He has already said he won't put me at risk by sending me there.

Only and I repeat, only because I don't have a choice. It's not my name on the door.

I will refuse. On the highway with police watching people attacked trucks and drivers. Take the police out of the equation and it will certainly get worse.

Defunding police doesn’t equate to no police, I have literally no issue with delivering freight as usual everywhere and anywhere....

Nope
Reason being is if something was to happen and you have to take matters into your own hands and then you take the chance being prosecuted for protecting what’s yours and not there’s

Police department or gang department. About time America disband the most notorious gang the world ever seen. Most truckers are yeeyees so they were raised to be ignorant and blind. #Nationalism#Patriotic. Travel and travel again. There’s a world outside America

Yes, The sheriff is still there. There are places we deliver to now that have city police that would not show up in time anyways.

Yes because places such as Minneapolis say they aren’t going to disband until they have a plan in place to replace it. Look at Camden NJ, they did it in 2012 and they have less than half the crime they did before.
Disbanded does not mean there are no police, just different agencies handling city crime
