Nope. It would be time to get a new profession. See I am all about self preservation not self harm. You see if police departments get defended and pay gets cut, it will not be long before officers start looking for better pay and better benefits and the department is left to the way side.

I am responsible for my safety and my codrivers safety when I am driving. Also responsible for maintaining and taking care of my 150,000 truck. Going into a place with no law and order would put both those things at risk. I have never in my driving career been given a ticket or have I been involved in an accident. I have over a million safe miles. I have been to some places where the police work overtime to keep law and order and its still very scary to get out of my truck and walk across the street. I can't imagine if there were a place where anything goes and anyone can determine what the law looks like to them. Its just to risky for me. I have a great job where my boss will listen to me when I say I won't go. He has already said he won't put me at risk by sending me there.

I would not because I have a family to return to and if career criminals can take over the streets, then who am I? We need police to help everyday citizens, but the rogue cops need to be accountable for their actions and disciplined accordingly just as criminals should be accountable for their actions and disciplined accordingly.
